The pandemic temporarily put the brakes on the author's long career as a personal injury and medical malpractice trial lawyer in New York and New Jersey. Shortly before the pandemic, he had closed his concert promotion business after a 21 year run. In addition, during those pre-pandemic months, the author lost his father and mentor, Seymour H. Eidman, of blessed memory (1932-2019). After the pandemic set in, the author spent time reflecting upon these seemingly unrelated events and turned his thoughts into his second book.
