Jijo is a forbidden planet, a world that is slowly recovering from a serious ecological disaster and which, a million years ago, the Buyur condemned to remain closed to colonization and interstellar contact. However, various groups of intelligent beings, often outlaws or lost, have landed in Jijo despite the decrees of the galactic civilization, and have thus broken their isolation.
Jijo has thus reached in this period of exclusion a complex intercultural social peace, based on tolerance and mutual respect between the seven species that have populated it: the mysterious hoon bipeds; the qheuens, shaped like a crab and with five legs and claws; the centaur-like urs; the g'kek, equipped with biomagnetically driven wheels; bring them, with their multiple personalities; the gláver, regressed to a state of preappearance; and the more recently arrived humans of Earth, who provide the technology that allows a new civilization to flourish.
Always under the threat of the inevitable Judgment Day, when the Five Galaxies discover that illegal and forbidden colony, the unexpected happens suddenly: a starship lands near the place that the people of Jijo consider most sacred. The greatest adventure on a galactic scale is served.
